Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register your return. Once this period is over, the return window will automatically close.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the “RETURNS” option in the main menu and enter your order details.

2. Alternatively, you can email us within 3 working days of delivery at info@nimbarkgemjewellery.com with your Order ID and Reason for Return.

3. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

Important Notes:

We do not issue cash refunds for any reason.

All approved returns/exchanges will be issued as Store Credits (Gift Cards) with unlimited validity.

The reverse shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Store credit will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Returned items must:

Be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Have all original tags, packaging, and certificates intact.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Please Note:

The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

If any part or item is missing from the return, a suitable fee may apply.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

 

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Once your return is approved and the product passes inspection, your refund will be issued as a Nimbark Gift Card.

Refund Terms:

Processing Time: 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Partial Orders: Refunds will be issued only for the returned items, not the entire order.

Condition: Jewellery that is used, worn, modified, or damaged will not qualify for a refund and will be shipped back to you.

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Customized or personalized jewellery

Used or worn items

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Jewellery from promotional offers, contests, clearance, or special schemes

Individual pieces from a combo or gift box

Cancellation Policy

 

Due to operational constraints, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

We request customers to place orders mindfully and avoid impulsive purchases.
